Position Overview

Altamaha Health Center is seeking a dedicated DIETARY AIDE and COOK to contribute to our short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services.

Role Summary: Under the supervision of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide will support the food service operations, preparing meal trays in accordance with the planned menu and tray tickets, while considering portion sizes, resident preferences, and dietary requirements, all within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a geriatric or rehabilitative healthcare setting is preferred.
  2. Strong attention to detail is essential.
