Eagle Ambulance is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Virtual Hospital Care Specialist. In this exciting role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and remote patient monitoring equipment.

The Virtual Hospital Care Specialist will work in collaboration with our partner HMO's virtual MDs and RNs to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care activities, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.

As a Virtual Hospital Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative care model, leading to better patient outcomes and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and associated supplies, managing supply inventory, and ensuring the team has adequate supplies on-hand to successfully conduct operations.

Requirements for this role include current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, as well as one year of RN experience in an acute care setting or two years prior experience as a paramedic. Experience working in an emergency department or other high acuity EMS setting is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes
  • Collaborate with virtual MDs and RNs to provide comprehensive care

  • Manage supply inventory

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

  • Frequently kneeling, stooping, bending, leaning, flexibility, and multiple physical activities performed at the same time
  • Constantly hearing/listening, clear speech, simple touching, walking (inside and outside), pushing, pulling, reaching, sitting, driving ambulance, seeing

Salary: $115,000 - $152,000 per year
