LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a long-term care setting. As a Staff Nurse on our Hall 1 unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Assume leadership roles as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associate's degree.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- AHA CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
