Job Summary:

Care IV Home Health is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of dedicated caregiving professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, offering a unique and personalized approach to healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide wound care, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • RNs: No experience required; new graduates welcome
  • LPNs: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
  • Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
