We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Laborer to assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new residential construction. As a key member of our team, you will work directly on job sites, performing tasks such as loading and unloading tools, measuring distances, using hand/power tools, fabricating or altering parts, and installing flex duct/register boots in building attics.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new residential construction
- Perform tasks such as loading and unloading tools, measuring distances, and using hand/power tools
- Fabricate or alter parts as needed
- Install flex duct/register boots in building attics
- Previous outdoor work experience
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Willingness to learn construction skills
- Experience with hand/power tools
This role involves working on a construction site every day without reporting to an office. You will work alongside a crew of 4-6 people. The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with optional Saturdays. Contractors must wear their own work boots and appropriate clothing; steel toes are not required. All other PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, hearing protection) will be provided.
