Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for the construction management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the job site, including yard duties and waste management.
  • Perform minor punch-out tasks, including warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, and carpentry work, under the supervision of the construction management team.
  • Assist in the completion of construction projects, including tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing.
