Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, check-in new and existing patients, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication with our clinical staff.
  • Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information on treatment options, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of customer service experience and 2 years of patient service experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills, and bilingual in Spanish.
