Licensed Vocational Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients using clinical reasoning and best practices.
- Participate in evaluating nursing practice effectiveness and quality.
- Create a caring, safe, healing, supportive, therapeutic environment for patients.
- Manage pain, promote comfort, and minimize suffering.
- Facilitate education for patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Work with others to implement a care plan under RN/provider direction.
Requirements:
- A thorough knowledge of nursing and patient care standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations established by certifying bodies affecting nursing care delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling the clear expression of thoughts both orally and in writing.
- Superb interpersonal skills to foster interactions with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Capacity to identify and communicate any changes in a patient's medical condition to other nurses and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Your field of study should be Nursing.
- You need less than a year of experience in a similar role.
- You must hold a Vocational Nursing Practitioner's License.
- Basic Life Support certification is an essential.
