Job Overview

The role of a Vocal Server involves engaging with guests while delivering exceptional service in a lively dining atmosphere. Team Members are expected to assist in various operational tasks, including show preparation, guest interaction, and the seamless execution of performances. A flexible schedule is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Employees will work from scripts and engage in interactive experiences with guests. Experience in improvisation or children's theater is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and seat guests warmly and courteously
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders
  • Offer menu suggestions and address any inquiries regarding the offerings
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout their dining experience
  • Clear and reset tables for incoming guests
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as required
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure outstanding guest service
  • Deliver consistent vocal performances while narrating the sights during the dining experience
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food service sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation methods is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service abilities to enhance the dining experience
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and bussing tables
  • A performance background with a minimum of three years of experience is required
