Position Overview:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of insurance coverage cases in collaboration with senior legal professionals.
- Draft legal documents, perform in-depth research, and oversee the production of essential documentation.
- Engage with clients to evaluate coverage issues and facilitate settlement negotiations.
- Prepare for litigation, address appellate motions, and strive for continuous development as a trial lawyer.
Qualifications:
- Active bar membership in Georgia or eligibility, with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and cultivate new client relationships.
