About the Role:

This is a 36-hour night shift position that requires a high level of coordination between doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Evaluate patient progress, adjust plans as necessary, and document patient care in the medical record.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
