We are seeking a highly skilled Receivables Specialist to join our team at ENA, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of Medicaid claiming, roster approval, review, analysis, communications, and management to increase and continue the implementation, billing, and revenue for Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Evaluate systems and procedures involving Medicaid reimbursable activities, oversee the supervision of the entry and maintenance of Medicaid records for consistency and accuracy, and consult with Medicaid & managed care organizations about any disputed claims.
- Training and Development: Work with directors and managers to develop training to improve efficiencies in all Medicaid billing and reporting, and assist in the development of reports and procedures for conveying Medicaid billing information.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with directors and managers to support data entry, assist with supervision for the Medicaid program, and facilitate the program needs and support the operations teams.
- Corporate Citizen: Practice ruthless pragmatism, engage in peer-to-peer feedback, know and live the ENA, Inc. Corporate Culture Principles, and embody the three essential virtues: humble, hungry, and smart.
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, data collection, and management
- Ability to multitask and think critically, excellent written, oral, and organizational skills, and successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
- Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverage, and a general knowledge of computer use including computer applications and centralized database.
