What You'll Do

We are on the lookout for curious and driven individuals eager to make a significant impact as part of our vibrant team. In the role of Partner Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in working alongside our system integration partners.

Your main objective will be to support them in fulfilling their needs related to the DocuSign Agreement Cloud, particularly in empowering partner capabilities to effectively communicate and achieve desired customer business outcomes.

As an integral member of the team, you will aid in revolutionizing the entire agreement lifecycle, which includes preparation, signing, executing, and managing agreements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for partner consultants, guiding and influencing their strategies.
  • Conduct technical workshops to illustrate the value proposition of the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management platform to mutual clients.
  • Create and present demonstrations that highlight the IAM platform's benefits across various industry applications.
  • Provide assistance for proof-of-concept solutions developed by partners.
  • Support partners in crafting RFP responses to maximize customer value from IAM investments.
  • Advise on best practices for partner consultants.
  • Assist partners in developing accelerators and frameworks to achieve quicker time-to-value.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution briefs, podcasts, blogs, videos, and whiteboards focused on our products and solutions.
Job Designation

Hybrid:
Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.

(Frequency:

Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be a weekly in-office expectation.) Positions at DocuSign are designated as either In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign.

What You Bring


Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in a partner or direct pre-sales role, selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with procurement and/or legal tech solutions, demonstrating practical expertise and familiarity with technologies relevant to the legal industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP Ariba.
Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms, AI/ML solutions.
Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading digital transformation initiatives.
Proficient in creating and delivering demos for industry use cases in Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences (Preferred).
Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, reference architecture, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, etc.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Familiarity with HTML, XML, and structured data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel 25% or more as required.

Wage Transparency


In accordance with applicable legislation, the following pay ranges are provided for various locations: Illinois: $150,000 - $218,775.00 base salary; Washington: $150,000 - $227,100.00 base salary. This role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
