Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Professional - Triage Specialist. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage client phone calls, assessing their needs and health complaints.
  • Provide basic health education and information for self-care needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with providers as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with occasional unscheduled overtime.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and triage skills, with experience in ambulatory healthcare.
  • They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • RN license in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Ambulatory healthcare experience preferred.
  • HIV certification desirable.
  • Current BLS certification required.
