We are seeking a talented and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and contribute to the success of our salon. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, customer service, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a team of stylists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hair care services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current cosmetology or barber license.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions.
Physical Requirements:
- Good eyesight and ability to observe guests' hair.
- Ability to stand, lift, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in hair treatments.
