Key Responsibilities:- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Assist in the daily operation of the Radiology Department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
- Use sterile technique when necessary and assist the radiologist in all invasive procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Vocational School Graduate or Associate's Degree in a related field
- Ultrasonographer, Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist certification
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital Imaging Center is a multi-modality outpatient center using state-of-the-art equipment under the direction of board-certified radiologists. We are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) in MRI, CT scan, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Breast Ultrasound.
