About the Role

As a Senior Client Manager at Optiv, you will be responsible for driving sales of our security services and technology solutions to a select group of strategic accounts in the South Texas region. You will own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle within your assigned accounts, leading a cross-functional team to develop and execute a multi-year strategic account management plan for your top accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with client executives within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account management plans based on client business, technology, and security goals.
  • Build a large sales pipeline and achieve/exceed assigned gross margin targets.
  • Manage current and multi-quarter forecasts with high accuracy and integrity.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with Optiv's Force Management principles.
  • Effectively communicate Optiv's value proposition to clients and technology partners.
  • Build strong relationships with technology partners and their sales personnel to gain and share leads.
  • Maintain collaborative internal communications with Optiv team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions and services in the South Texas region.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts and OEM partners in the local territory.
  • SLED experience in Texas a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting and expansion plans.
  • Experience engaging cross-functional resources and building productive business relationships with key executives.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • History of demonstrated achievement exceeding plan and expectations.
