Job Summary:

The Physician Assistant will work under the supervision of a Medical Director to provide high-quality patient care, conduct medical examinations, and develop treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and take detailed medical histories
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications as needed
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on health-related topics
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
Requirements:
  • Completion of a four-year physician assistant baccalaureate program and a year of clinical training, or completion of a two-year accredited physician assistant program plus two years of clinical training
  • State accreditation based on certifying exam
  • 100 hours of continuing medical education every two years and passing a recertification examination every six years
