Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $180,000, commensurate with experience, and up to 35% of net incentive, potentially reaching $400,000. Additionally, we offer a $75,000 retention bonus, payable over 5 years, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 3 weeks of PTO, 5 days of sick leave, 7 national holidays, and a CE allowance of $2,500.
We also offer a 401(k) plan with a 50% employer match after 2 years, up to 6%, and relocation assistance of $2,500.
