Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse to join our team in Petersburg, VA. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those around you.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week travel assignment in our Neonatal Unit. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Neonatal Unit.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time.
