What you will be responsible for:
- Gaining knowledge about various pests, including rodents, insects, and more, preparing for licensing exams, and participating in ongoing training to maintain your certifications in pest management.
- Building professional relationships with clients and understanding their specific business challenges.
- Conducting inspections at client sites to identify pest activity and utilizing a mix of mechanical, biological, and chemical methods to prevent and manage pest issues.
- Overseeing your own route and schedule to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality service.
- Contributing to the health and safety of your community by identifying and addressing pest problems.

- Starting salary: $20-26/hr based on experience, plus performance bonuses and sales commissions.
