  • Execute process recipes and follow written procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Monitor equipment and processes to identify and resolve any issues that may impact product quality or manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing and quality control.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
