Senior Program Manager

Position Title: Program Manager (PM) – III (General and Operations Managers)
The Program Manager will facilitate tours and presentations for high-ranking State and National officials. The individual will represent the Cyber Program at various national working groups and strategic planning conferences. This role requires conducting high-level interactions with the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
Educational Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience as outlined below.
- The candidate must hold a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or a Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Program Management or significant DoD experience, or a professional background in the Defense Industry working with senior DoD personnel.
- Significant DoD experience is defined as service as a military field grade officer or higher, or as a senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above, or as a DoD civilian at a GS13 paygrade or higher, or as a Defense Industry professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience collaborating with senior DoD personnel.
- The candidate should have comprehensive experience in enterprise-level technology management, including at least two (2) years managing Cyber range or IT/OT Technology Programs.
- The individual must possess knowledge of all platform support and hardware associated with the Cyber Program.

- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to access and navigate various departments within the organization.
The physical demands outlined are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
Travel Requirements: Occasional minimal travel for corporate support may be necessary.
