Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing personalized oral health care to our patients, promoting preventive care, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental cleanings and exams to identify and address oral health issues
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and guidance on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and fluoride use
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and technology to provide the best possible care for our patients
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
