Key Responsibilities:
Systems Engineering and Provisioning:
- Design and implement system administration solutions tailored to various project and operational requirements.
- Manage and configure group policies for Google and Microsoft environments.
- Develop and uphold installation and configuration protocols.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of system standards.
- Explore and propose innovative, automated methods for system administration tasks.
Operations and Support:
- Conduct daily monitoring of systems to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and cloud platforms.
- Review system and application logs, confirming the completion of scheduled automation tasks.
- Perform regular security assessments to detect potential intrusions.
- Execute daily backup operations, ensuring all necessary data is securely backed up and recovery media is managed appropriately.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion as requested.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues.
Maintenance:
