Leasing Consultant

Overview:

Kettler Enterprises, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Alexander Ridge apartment community in Canton, GA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide them with property tours.
• Perform outreach marketing to attract new residents.
• Develop and implement engaging social media initiatives to connect residents and manage online presence.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure all questions are answered and provide a high-touch approach.
• Assist with resident retention and support efforts to partner with nearby businesses and local organizations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Support the Community Manager with general office maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Resolve resident concerns and issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
