Job Title: Travel LPN - 3W Acute Adaptable

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel LPN to join our team at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This is a travel LPN position that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a post-surgical unit and be able to adapt to a variety of patient needs and situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Float within scope to meet facility needs, including working on other units with LPNs.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • 2 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in a post-surgical unit.
  • Ability to work 3x12s only, with every other weekend required.
  • Valid driver's license or passport required.

  • Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
