The City of Charlottesville is seeking a qualified Recreation Operations Management Specialist II to join our Parks and Recreation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our recreational facilities, including program development, staff supervision, and budget management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recreation and park management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in recreation and park management or a related field, and five years of progressively responsible experience in park or recreation-related work, including responsible administrative/managerial experience are required.
