We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Handyman - Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Joe Hillman Maintenance & Construction in Davie, FL.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves completing high-quality commercial projects for our retail clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of field experience, technical training, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of repairs, including general carpentry, painting, pressure washing, tile, drywall, fence, and gate repairs.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, such as job reports, invoices, and work orders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of field experience
  • Technical training degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call
