Inventory Coordinator

Mainstream Fiber Networks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to maintain a seamless warehouse environment.
This role involves a combination of general warehouse labor and logistics coordination, including inventory maintenance, material tracking, and managing deliveries.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for contractors on site, oversee waste item tracking, and conduct weekly inventory counts.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a tidy and efficient warehouse environment by cleaning and organizing inventory.
- Manage and track materials throughout the day, serving as the primary point of contact for contractors.
- Monitor and record waste items to ensure proper disposal and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct and record site inventory counts on a weekly basis.
- Handle all incoming drop shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekly material deliveries.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as an inventory coordinator, warehouse associate, or similar role.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
