About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, working night shifts from 7pm to 7am.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and DutiesThe Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing basic care and support to patients, including vital signs, feeding, and toileting.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:A high school diploma or equivalent.A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation.The ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, as well as stand and sit for extended periods.Benefits and CompensationWe offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary estimated at around $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
