Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose and treat respiratory disorders.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current NBRC-CRT (Cert Respiratory Therapist) and NBRC-RRT (Reg Respiratory Therapist) certifications.
  • State License-Respiratory Therapist-Michigan.
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
