Dental Hygienist Opportunity at Oak Leaf Family Dental

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Oak Leaf Family Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary, a $5,000 welcome bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our practice through your expertise and dedication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is also desirable.
