About the Role

The Chief Inclusion Officer at WEAVE Inc will be responsible for driving the strategic equity-minded agenda, fostering a culture of inclusion, and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to develop and execute programs and practices that reflect our vision and values.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, who can lead our efforts in creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social justice, has excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and is adept at interpreting data and legislation related to DEIB issues.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, human resource management, or a related field.

You should have prior experience in successful project management, particularly long-term projects with multiple goals, and be familiar with evidence-based approaches to support DEIB efforts.

Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential, as well as the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

A growth mindset, active listening skills, and resilience are also essential qualities for this role.

About Our Benefits

WEAVE Inc offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
