Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Med Tech to join our team at StoryPoint Portage. As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Escort residents to and from activities, appointments, and other destinations within the community.
  • Remind residents of medication times, appointments, and other important events.
  • Respond to resident call signals and provide assistance as needed.
  • Administer medications as directed by the resident's physician.
