Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Charles Schwerd Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to our standard drink recipes and presentation standards.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Restock bar supplies, including beer, wine, liquor, and related items, as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow employees to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
