Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be at least sixteen years old and able to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include kneeling, climbing, reaching, pushing, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Personal Attributes: Ability to communicate effectively in English, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and exhibit a strong interest in serving others, particularly older adults.
