About the Opportunity

  • Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents, staff, and guests.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned.
  • Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit a positive customer service attitude, being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in response to changing resident needs, respecting residents' rights.
  • Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
  • Demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties.
  • Address work-related problems with the proper individuals.
  • Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
  • Present with a neat, clean appearance.

Requirements

  • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
