Residential Electrician

We are looking for a highly skilled residential electrician to join our team at Pearce Heating & A/C, Inc. as a field work specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take the lead in completing residential electrical projects, working closely with our office staff to ensure efficient execution.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete residential electrical projects, including wiring AC/HP installations, panel change outs, sub panel installation, EV chargers, surge protection, and more.
• Work efficiently and safely, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with our office staff to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed electrician in residential settings.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $68,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
