About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Clarvida. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with adults aged 18 and older who require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and residential staff to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations, progress notes, and meeting documentation to track client progress and address any emerging concerns.
  • Participate in after-hour phone crisis response as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • 2 years' direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional.
  • Eligibility as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH.
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
