Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including floors, walls, and equipment, to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and place them in designated containers.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with banquet table and front-of-house set up, and load or unload and deliver supplies and product.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous corporate dining experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
