Job Overview

Tact Staff is currently seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Case Management for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Specialty: Case Management
  • Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours
  • Employment Type: Travel

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Recent work history within the past year is essential.
  • Experience in Acute Care is required.
  • Familiarity with Admission Criteria (InterQual) is necessary.
  • Proficient in InterQual guidelines.
  • Experience in patient assessment, care coordination, and discharge planning.
  • Knowledge of issues related to adoption/foster care, substance abuse treatment, homelessness, mental health crises, advance directives, and protective services.
  • Epic experience is preferred.
  • Ability to organize and lead family meetings.
  • Participate in developing treatment plans.
  • Experience with HMOs and IPAs is beneficial.
  • Capable of arranging DME, SNF, and ambulance transport independently.
