We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at Kohl's, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Shift Premiums and Availability
  • $1.25 shift premium for Weekday Overnight Shift
  • $0.75 shift premium for Weekday Night Shift
  • Available shifts: 2PM-10PM Monday-Friday, 10PM-6AM Sunday-Thursday
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and move merchandise productively, safely, and accurately according to established production rates and guidelines.
  • Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns, and loading and unloading trailers.
  • Input data to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors, associates, and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance.
  • Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and understand company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
