About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Equitable Access Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase access to nutritious food in underserved communities.

About the Team
The St. Louis Area Foodbank is a leading hunger-relief organization in the bi-state region, dedicated to creating a nutritionally secure Missouri and Illinois. Our team works collaboratively with over 500 partner agencies to distribute food to those in need.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase access to nutritious food in underserved communities
- Collaborate with community partners to identify areas of need and develop solutions
- Manage and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in hunger relief and nutrition education

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., non-profit management, public health)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program development and implementation
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets and evaluating program effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

Location
This role is based in the St. Louis, MO area, with occasional travel to community partner sites.
