About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, and replace parts as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to HVAC systems.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer inquiries regarding the installation or servicing of their HVAC systems.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role in the engineering industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, along with strong repair skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical instructions.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Physical fitness, as the role involves lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
  • HVAC certification or equivalent is a plus.
