Position Overview

  • Engages in various tasks such as Window Washing, Pressure Cleaning, and Surface Protection at both residential and commercial properties.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the quality benchmarks established by the organization.

  • Identifies and reports any hazardous conditions or equipment issues to the Supervisor and Office Manager.
  • Adheres to OSHA/MSDS protocols regarding safety and the handling of hazardous substances.
  • Utilizes a range of hand tools proficiently.
  • Ensures thorough cleaning of work areas, tools, and equipment upon project completion.
  • Undertakes additional related tasks as assigned or requested.
  • Works closely with management and maintenance personnel to foster a cohesive team that consistently represents the quality and professionalism of the organization.
  • Participates in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Provides assistance to colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience is preferred, but training is available for suitable candidates.

Physical Requirements
