We are a private practice in Lexington, SC, offering in-home, office, community, and school-based counseling services to clients aged 2 to 78.

Our team specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other behavioral and emotional issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Provide evidence-based counseling interventions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and family therapy
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other community resources to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and outcomes
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice
Requirements
  • At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program. A Master's degree is preferred
  • A current license or eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMSW, or LMFT in South Carolina is preferred
  • At least one year of experience working with youth and families in a clinical setting required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Lexington County
