About the Role

Gandara is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Family Stabilization team. The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This role requires a Master's degree in a human service field and experience navigating child/family-serving systems.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to provide goal-oriented services to DCF-involved families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse populations, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with clinicians, social workers, and other providers to ensure comprehensive support and promote positive outcomes. Your expertise in family therapy and experience working with youth and families will be invaluable in enhancing the well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide quantity and quality of services to DCF-involved families in accordance with specified FSS models
* Work with parents/caregivers to achieve goals determined by DCF
* Review and modification of treatment plans as necessary; complete family-centered assessments
* Develop youth and family-centered treatment plans in collaboration with required consents
