About the Role:

• Work closely with our team to develop and implement new recipes and product offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and quality control standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building loyalty
• Assist in training new staff members on baking techniques and procedures
