We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Salisbury. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team of licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide safe and accurate medication administration to our residents.
- Assess the health status of our residents and notify the physician of any changes or concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
